These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered on it by Varelle Limited, trading as NN Holdings ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this site
You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated means to extract data from it without our permission. We may suspend access if the site is being misused.
Products, pricing and availability
We try to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can occur. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with a material error in its description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it; the contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline an order — for example where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where stock is unavailable.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where delivery is delayed by events outside our control, we will let you know as soon as we reasonably can.
Returns, cancellation and refunds
Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel or return an order, that right applies in full and nothing in these terms limits it. To start a return, or to ask about the conditions that apply to a particular order, email us at hq@nnholdings.co and we will walk you through it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where you live.
