Translation test — returns and refunds

You have thirty days from delivery to send anything back, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel being scanned into our workshop.

Made-to-order pieces and gift cards are excluded. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
